You will have 3 types of investment return
Guaranteed dividend return (Special Edition NFT 1%-25%, Fund NFT 7%, Sumo coin 5%)
Profit sharing from asset disposal
Disposal of NFT in marketplace (Value is pegged to SUMOTEX’s AUM)
How do you calculate the return?
Special Edition NFT base on total profits of all funds
Fund NFT base on profit of specific fund
Sumo coin base on profit of all funds
Do i need to stake my NFT or sumo coin to earn my return?
No need. You can earn your return by just holding it.
Why is my return so low compare to other defi products?
Because we are not a defi product. Our investment return is base on our physical asset rental income + capital gain income. If you would like to enjoy higher return, you can always mint more of our NFT and hold it.
